Hi, I’m Carolyn — the person behind the books.

I started this business because I kept hearing too many horror stories about bookkeeping—and business owners paying the price for it. Disorganized books, missed details, and financial confusion that never should have happened in the first place.

Quite frankly—that’s not okay.

I’ve spent over 18 years working in accounting, payroll, and compliance for small businesses in highly regulated environments where accuracy isn’t optional. In those roles, I’ve seen how even small mistakes can impact cash flow, delay operations, and create unnecessary stress for business owners.

That experience is exactly what shaped how I do things today.

While this is my first time building my own business, I’m not new to small business. I understand the day-to-day realities, the pressure of keeping everything running smoothly, and how important it is to have reliable financial information you can trust.

I built this business because I believe small businesses deserve better.
They deserve bookkeeping that is accurate, consistent, and done with care—not shortcuts.

I’m also intentionally expanding into the cannabis industry, where compliance and precision matter even more. With my background in regulated environments, I bring a strong focus on accuracy, organization, and accountability.
